Reply:I prefer ankle socks if I am wearing shorts because it doesn't show a tanline as much as if i wore higher socks. But it also depends on your preference.
Reply:You might want to consider ankle socks if you have low top shoes.It can also apply to high top shoes.It's always best to hide your socks if your wearing shorts with tennis shoes. You don't wanna look like a nerd. You also wanna wear black ones it you have dark shoes. Never wear white shoes with black socks or vise versa. This is a fashion NO NO!
My brother and husband also wear ankle socks so son't feel bad. Wear what's comfortable for you.
