New York Outlets?

Hi, i will be a week in Manhatten and would definettly like to a lot of shopping as in Europe everything is very expensive compared to the US. I would like to buy especially clothes (executive suits, shoes, sports etc.). Since i would like to buy them cheap i am interested in the best Outlets in NY.Until now i have found Tanger Outlet (http://www.tangeroutlet.com/riverhead/).


The question is witch are the biggest 3 outlets in NY and also witch one is the best by ranking (like #1 Tangers. #2 xxxx, #3 YYY)

New York Outlets?
Roosevelt Field and the Pallisades Center aren't outlets, they're regular malls. The biggest and some say best in NY is the Woodbury Commons which is about 45 minutes north of the City. There are also a lot of good outlets in Secaucus, NJ which is a few minutes drive from Manhattan.
