I know that lots of people say they really help for day to day walking around. MBT do have a sports range and I was wondering there were any runners out there who wore MBTs for their regular runs? How does it affect your running? Is it even possible to distance run properly in MBTs?
Has anyone used MBT shoes for running?
The shoes came with a DVD. It showed them running on it. I just bought a pair on Wednesday and I love them. I was having groin and knee pain and I I no longer have the pain. Can't wait to see my chiropractor on Tuesday and tell him. He even has a pair of them. I will be going back to the gym probably next week. Had surgery, a year ago, so now I can get back and use the treadmill and see how it goes on it.
