I like wearing high heels (usually like 7 cm, although when I go out for a soiree, I can wear 10-12 cm heels), and of course when I come home my legs ( esp "pilows" on feet - the place with the help of that you push off to make a step).
How can I have my foot "recovered" after such unesy lessons?
PS sometimes, of course, I wear sport shoes or flats.
Tired foot - how to deal?
Try soaking your feet in warm salted water. Then massage then gently with a foot cream. Also when lying down on your back, try elevating your feet to improve blood circulation. The use of inner soles with gel can help too.
