Need help to lose weight and tone my body, 17 year old Chinese boy 163cm 75kg PLease Help!?

I am 75kg and 163cm tall. From now till the end of Dec to lose as much weight as possible and to tone my body. Someone once commented that my shoulder is rather broad and I'll look very gd if I lost weight. When I say tone my body, I mean to get some form of defination and abit of shape, I have no interest in bulky muscles.





I have a nice sports shoe, good socks and attires to exercise. Swimming trunks, acess to public gym and pool. I can afford like 30 minutes every morning (strictly home exercise) when I just wake up and another 2 hours of exercise (gym/pool/stadium/park) each day. I have no equipment at home and I am not allowed to as of yet.





I am currently very weak physically. 2.4 timing is 17 minutes but have no problems walking long distances. Swimming is fine but not competitive.





Can someone suggest a healthy diet plan for a growting male teenager and exercise regime? The aim is to lose weight and give my body some form and shape. A nice hot bod =)

Best thing I have found that worked for me as a 14 year old is a set of recordings from Independent Achievement Productions. It really helped me lose the weight, and I didn't give up a thing. Only desired half of what was on my plate. My whole wrestling team is using it with great success! Definitely worth a try. Good Luck!
