Are they suitable for track (100m, 200m, 400m)?

What is your personal opinion on New Balance 450 shoes?
Those aren't really racing flats. You will want to go with a performance shoe for anything under 400. Look for something with a lot of flex and super light.
Reply:personally, i don't like new balance for running. before you buy them go online and check their reviews. go to the store try them on and run around the store. that's what i do. lol! is very important to buy the right shoes when it comes to running.

Reply:New Balance are very nice shoes. However I would not consider them a "running shoe". Something from Asics, Saucony or Adidas would be more suitable. If you just want to use the New Balance for light workouts than they will work fine.
