My ankle bugs me when i do sports but at the gym i hurt it and it hurts way worse than usual whats wrong??

a few days ago i hurt my ankle at the gym by just jumping on trampolines and such but it hurts so bad i can bearly walk on it my ankle usualy hurts when i run and stuff but its never hurt this bad whats wrong with my ankle and why cant i run on it without jell inserts in my shoes and an ankle brace on??

Okay sit down. Though this is privately determined, you have


to remember growing up to be a healthy adult is your own duty.


To be a talented or educated person, not even your teachers


have all the answers. Balanced nutrition is and always is a


complete choice. Size, weight, and activities are more things


that actually need be designed, and intellectually achieved.


At your young age, growing is not without rules. Keep the wrap


on, and have some ice cream and put some cold ice on for a try.


What I am getting to is you need be more careful at teen sports.


Some people are just sticks, heavees, tall, thin and don;t get


too many requirements in their growing periods. Your feet are


the sole support of your body. The importance of balance, and


strengths, completeness are on the world board report this year

Reply:You should go and see a doctor if you can. Better to be safe than sorry.
Reply:is it the back of your ankle? like your achilles heel? i had this a few years ago cos i do a lot of road running, the doctor said it was tendonitis and i have taken glucosamine sulphate which helped. i'd definately see the doctor.
Reply:ok, i hav a ton of ankle problems too. i injured it first during soccer 2 years ago, and then i sprained it twice in volleyball.


so if it's hurting alot to run on it, stop running for a week or 2, and it'll get better. flex your ankle every night before you go to bed,


after a week start wearing ankle braces that you can buy from sports stores and stuff, and be very careful about running. don't push your ankle too hard.


don't just keep running, coz then u'll reingure it. and it might be a permenant injury if u keep[ getting hurt. and then you might need to get surgury.


just slow down for a coupla weeks and u will b fine. good luck
