Personally and from others, i believe that the middle link to the "Nike Free's" are the best shoe. The light mesh will give you breathability and flexibility, while allowing you to gain maximum performance from both your weightlifting and running. However, if you prefer more of a classic hard-materialed running shoe that would be fine too. Either way, it really depends on your style and comfort level. Goodluck!
Reply:Your best bet would be to go to a specialty running shoe store and get fitted for the proper running shoe, a shoe that is not only comfortable for you, but that supports your foot properly. The Nike free is a shoe that is designed to help you run bare foot. It makes a great shoe to walk around in, but not to run in. The last link would be a good shoe for you assuming that you have no pronation issues. The best way to tell is to get a dynamic gait analysis done at a specialty running shoe store. Finally, that shoe that they fit you for would be the best way to get a shoe that would work for both lifting and running.
